Kingsway Christian Church has been a financial supporter of Desert Ministries over the years and has faithfully served alongside Desert Ministries by sending its people in mass to assist the nursing homes. Kingsway service efforts have included cleaning and rearranging the recreational spaces within the nursing homes, playing games with the residents and providing other generalized clean-ups.
