Desert Ministries is now in its 16th year of ministry to the elderly living in nursing homes.
Care Facility Outreach: Through our volunteer recruiting programs, we are matching volunteers and residents for one-on-one relationship building to combat the ravaging effects of loneliness and depression.
Christian Medical Fellowship: We are developing and teaching workshops to the care staff concerning spirituality giving them the tools they need to cope in an often stressful environment.
Family Links: For the families we are networking with area agencies and other resources to help them through the transition to long-term care.
